Today was my second try of this sweet breakfast treat and I think this time was even better. In days like Sunday who don’t want something special for yourself? With this simple recipe, you can surprise your dearest friends or family!
3 tablespoon of butter
3 large eggs
3/4 cup of milk (I used soy milk )
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Fresh fruits (like blueberry’s, peach, blackcurrant, blackberries etc.)
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. In one oven-proof non-stick skillet or metal, dough form, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, then set aside.
Mix together eggs, flour, sugar, salt, vanilla, milk. Blend around 1 min till the consistency foamy. Pour batter into skillet. Bake until pancake will be puffed and brown-ish on top, about 20min.
When ready, take out the dough and quickly cut into pieces. I served it with fresh fruits and a bit of honey on top. It can be served with a tablespoon of butter and some lemon juice on top, sprinkled with sugar and other.
